First Step  is an Internet Service Provider (ISP) offering dialup, DSL, and/or wireless services in Moscow, Potlatch, Deary, Bovill, Troy, Orofino, Lewiston, Clarkston, Pomeroy, Pullman, Palouse, Colfax,  Garfield, and Moses Lake.  Dial up is available in the above communities and any surrounding communities that have local telephone service to the above communities.  DSL is available in communities where the local telephone company provides DSL services.  Wireless service is available most of the above communities.
